Young Talent and a positive diligent energy exudes from this young pianist Nicholas Ornstein. A pleasure record the Jazz trio with the tasteful and rock solid playing of both Ross and Mark. Nicholas is applying for a scholarship competition as he finishes up at the Concord Academy and begins his applications to prestigious universities. Surely, they will take note of his musical abilities which support and further reflect his personality and his obviously high aptitude. Hope to have Nicholas back when he is ready to make his debut album and always blessed to work with young talent like Nicholas:)

Jazz is not as popular is once was. If you ask me, a lot of people have almost forgotten about jazz. It is really a sad sight to see, especially for a man of jazz like myself. I used to perform in orchestras back in my peak, now, I just record stuff for fun. I am happy that music has diversified, but I am sad that jazz music is not able to perform that well. I wish that it gets a comeback soon.
